GRADING
Your design will look great to (and on) everyone. Our years of grading experience guarantees accurate ranges, accommodating your customers of all shapes and sizes. We follow standard or customized grade rules tailored to your needs.

Your design now has a blueprint! Pattern cards, technical illustrations, sewing call-outs, material lists, and grade information. Everything you need to recreate your design accurately, every time, all in one convenient place.
YIELD CALCULATIONS
Yield calculations let you know how much fabric to order and how many units you’re able to create in production. High yields mean less fabric waste.
MARKER MAKING & PLOTTING
Our precision pattern nesting and marker creation expertise produces clear and precise markers for accurate and efficient cutting, every time. Wide fabrics? Not a problem. We can plot markers up to 65” wide to up your fabric yields and lower your cutting costs.

In-House SAMPLing
There are many reasons why you should sample your pattern and we’re here to trouble shoot all of those reasons for you. Reach out to us for a sample making quote if you’re looking for help with any of the following:
Assessing a first pattern for style and fit.
Testing a size run and make sure everyone is getting their desired fit.
Seeing a new colorway.
Trialing a new fabric.
Creating a sample run for a photoshoot or a buyer’s meeting.
Local, Small Batch Production
Now that you’ve developed your collection, let’s get it into production! We often hear that full factory production minimums can be intimidating at the start-up level, so we’ve decided to step in. We’re here to help you bridge the gap between sample sewing and factory minimums with an experienced, local team that can keep you moving forward. At our “preferred” 50 piece production MOQ (minimum quantity order), you get our best sewing rate with a multi-piece order, but don’t let this deter you if you need less. We’re happy to come up with an adjusted rate to fit your needs.
