What is your turnaround time for Digitizing and grading PATTERNS?

Approximately 1 - 2 weeks depending on the number of styles in your collection and our current workload. Single patterns can turn around within 1 week.

How do I SEND PATTERNS TO you for DIGITIZING and GrADING?

When mailing us patterns, be sure to send us copies only if you can! The fragility of paper patterns is one of the main reasons that inspired us to go digital in the first place.

Paper (in all of its many forms), plastic, and lightweight fabric are all acceptable forms of patterns. We only digitize what we can see, so be sure to include any relevant notes you wish to maintain on your digital file.

No need to mark every seam allowance, well placed notes will work just fine.

Will you edit my patterns?

Absolutely. Reach out via email with what you need changed and we’ll take care of the rest. Additional pattern making fees will apply.

What is your turnaround time for pattern making for a new collection?

Starting a collection is no small feat. Contact us for our pattern making availability. It is not uncommon for us to be scheduled more than two months out, so plan ahead and email us soon!

HOw wide can your plotter print? how much is printing?

Our plotter can accommodate markers up to 65” wide. Plotting is billed at $7.50/yd. We can plot .hpg, .plt, .mrk, and .dxf formats. We CANNOT plot .pdf, but have some recommendations if you need a work around.

CAN YOU SEW MY SAMPLES?

Yes! We keep an up-to-date sewing studio tuned and ready to prototype your patterns. Let us know if you’re interested in sampling and we’ll put a quote together for your project. Sampling is billed by the hour.

CAN YOU SEW MORE?

Digit Pattern Services is not just a pattern making and pre-production company, we can also produce your collection! Our preferred minimum quantity order (MOQ) is 50 pieces per style which can be divided into as many sizes as you need. While our preference is 50 pieces for the best production pricing, we can absolutely tackle an extended sample run or an order for less than 50 with an adjusted rate.
